If they are eating (and some anorexics might not even have breakfast at all), it will usually be very low-calorie. Something like fruit would be ideal, because it is filling, sweet, and most fruits are high in water, but low in calories. Generally, no milk or juices because they either have fat, added sugar, high amounts of calories, ect. Tea is almost alwasy 0 calories, so an anorexic might lean towards tea over something plain, like water, for added flavor without the added calories. Anything sugary, wheat (oatmeal, cereal, bread / toast, pancakes, waffles) or protein (eggs, sausage) is usually out of the picture.
