Yes, now generally a Pentecostal person will marry another Pentecostal, but that isn't always and their is no set rule for or against such a marriage. The simple answer is yes, as long as the other person is a genuine Christian (born again as The Bible says). And so long as the non-pentecostal person accepts your right to practise faith as revealed to you.
