It's not impossible, but it's highly unlikely. Anyone leaving religious orders should do so with the understanding that it's permanent. Normally, being released from vows requires authorization from very high up in the church (if not from the pope himself, certainly from someone who personally knows him), and it's not done casually... the process can take years.
After going through that, the likelihood of being accepted back into the order is minimal at best, especially if she left "to get married" (as opposed to leaving for other reasons, and then incidentally getting married later).

Typically, once a nun marries, she cannot rejoin a religious order as a nun. This is because marriage is considered a lifelong commitment in many religious orders. Additionally, most religious orders have strict rules against members leaving to marry and then returning.
