Yes but most pony stallions aren't interested in jennies so you might have to use AI. A good jenny and a good stallion will produce a good hinny but there is always a higher risk of spontaneous abortion than with mules so you might have to try several times to get a foal. Choose a sire no more than 2 hands taller than the jenny and go for quality. Having a hinny foal will increase your jenny's value.
