most definately!! I am a sports Guy a Golfer, having played for 40 yrs I experienced left shoulder upper arm pain and lower back pain affecting lower right shin going numb. Nerve problem diagnosed in lumber back putting on the pressure. Driving a car for 1 hr...had to get out..it was murder.
Having received consultation,
My specialist gave me a Cortisone x 2 in the shouder (5 days apart) and on the second visit a shot for the lower back (for the leg and back problem).
Result was I could not sleep..woke up before 5am...then after a tea and toast started with severe hiccups that lasted till the early hrs of the next day 24 hrs aprox.Drank water, no relief....belched...as often as I could..it hurt..but seemed to clear. I did have an odd pause but only 20 mins or so...before hiccups started again. Then i started coughing ner the end of the 24 hr period and everything started to subside.Thank goodness. And now I have 4 hrs of peace.Heaven. Let,s hope it,s all through.
