Lifecore Free weights will hold up under the strain of everyday use.
I don't know if it is legal, but i know that it is wrong. Just use your gym membership, it's not as bad as you think. It's actually a good thing if you have a membership.
it probably depends on your gym. at my gym, you can use anything except free weights, like bench press. You can use treadmills, stairclimbers, anything that uses weights that you do not touch.
I prefer free weights. Free weights give a superior workout because, unlike machines, free weights require you to use the many stabilizer muscles in your body that do not get worked with machines.
When one goes to a gym they can be overwhelmed with the amount of machines that are available for them to use. There are treadmills, barbells, dumbbells, and curl bars. If a person wants to gain muscle mass the barbells are the best equipment to use.
Be a good student and ask any teacher if in your free time you can use a computer or take a laptop and ask if u can use it.
Free weights are always better for building muscle than a machine set up.
