A warlock gains access to the Enslave Demon spell, which allows him or her to temporarily enslave a demon he targets as a pet. However, this is only temporary and the creature needs to be enslaved again from time to time.
This enslaved pet replaces your original pet, and not all talents from the Demonology tree affect it, which is why this spell is not often used today, except for fun or a specific encounter purpose.
You can do it from Power Option in Control Panel.
Like most questions in this category, there is no way to identify a single talent that makes or breaks a warlock. Simply play around with the talents, or ask an experienced warlock player advice on what talents to take should help you much more.

Yes it does. If the creature wasn't continuously in play under your control since the beginning of your turn, then it is subject to 'summoning sickness', so that includes creatures that temporarily left play and were then returned, and also when you take control of a creature too.

If multiple creatures block a creature with trample, the attacking player assigns damage to the blocking creatures equal to the power of the attacking creature. Ex. A creature with power 10 and trample attacks. You block with 4 creatures. The attacking player may assign the 10 damage as he/she chooses among the blocking creatures. If any damage is still left over, that would go through to you, the defending player. Note: The attacking creature will take damage equal to the combined power of all blocking creatures.
