No you definitely can not hun.

Remember this ok and it will help you to understand how it works. When the egg is fertilised you do not have a normal period. If the egg is NOT fertilised then the egg breaks down and causes a period. So if you get a period there is no chance of being pregnant.

A period is not just a unfertilised egg breaking down. It is also your Uterus lining shedding itself and causing a bleed. If you are pregnant your Uterus lining will not shed itself and break away from the Uterine wall.

You can not be having Fetal movements hun because you are not pregnant. It is probably trapped wind or something silly like that. So dont worry.

That isn't quite true. some women bleed throughout a pregnancy as if on their period. its usually lighter and more like spotting. But it is possible.. it is also possible to get a false negative on a pregnancy test. rare? yes. but possible. Pregnancy test detect hCG... you could just not have enough that will show up on the test. So honestly.... go to your doctor, they will more than likely give you an ultrasound to make sure everything is alright.

How do you know it's fetal movement and not gas. If you are under 18, don't want your parents to know, or don't have a family doctor you can go to, you can go to the health department in your area. I don't know how much it costs, but I'm sure they can help you out. Get a blood test done to be 100% sure of what is going on. Fetal movement is not felt until around the 20th week of pregnancy, that is half way through a normal pregnancy. Fetal movement is rarely/never the first indicator of pregnancy. No one is even answering the question!
