Synthroid and Omeprazole should always be taken on an empty stomach. These two is better when took a few hours apart then together but there had not been any reports of serious problems when took together.
no
Buscopan and omeprazole can be taken together. Both, buscopan and omerprazole are prescribed for the treatment of symptoms of Crohn's disease.
yes they can. Source: http://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.php
Yes, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs together. Synthroid is probably taken in the morning, and Tofranil is probably taken at night. Even if both where taken together, that would be okay : there is neither physical or pharmacological interactions between those 2 drugs.
Probably they can be taken together. As you have regimen containing both the drug taken along with metronidazole. But as omeprazole has drug interaction with so many drug and it is better avoided. You can use raberazole or pantaprazole instead of omeprazole. They do not have drug interaction with other drugs.

Yes, Diclofenac and Omeprazole are quite often prescribed together by GP'S as the Omeprazole is a stomach acid inhibitor and offers some protection from the possibility of stomach irritation which can be caused by the Diclofenac, which is a NSAID.
