If you did not save it, it's gone forever. If you've saved it, try using the search function in windows to do a text based search is you remember some of the words.

You have to find a computer program or a PS3 program or CD or something to create it and then simply upload to the PS3 memory. I don't know where or how to get one of these though. You might want to google it.
To get to the folder in your computer that hold all your Toontown screenshots, go to "My Documents", then "Program Files", and then "Disney", then "ToontownOnline", and AT LAST, if you scroll down a little bit, you will find the screenshots! :)
You can get here by going: Start > My Computer > C:Drive If you dont find it directly under the C:Drive, check under Program Files (within the C:Drive) If you installed in on a seperate hard drive, then make sure it is connected to the computer, and go into that drive rather then the C:Drive.
I would try double-clicking the icon? If you can't find the icon, its probably here: My Computer>C>Program Files>[name of game or developer]

You need to find out what exactly it's missing. Usually it's a dll, which was not included in the program itself. But you have it installed on your computer.

You can find one on any computer soft ware website I would recommend Wizard sweep I use that program when I first got my computer and it worked really well.
