No, this is actually very dangerous. The piercing was just done so it needs a lot of time to heal properly.
Once it is done healing, you can start stretching your ears.
Even though you can't start stretching with a new piercing, you can just get your ears pierced at a larger gauge. Piercings is usually only used up to 8ga then after that you have to punch or scalpel. Punching isnt recommended for lobes, you'd want to go with scalpeling. Just talk to your piercer about the options :)
