Yes,You can and it can be fatal,If its only tiny then It can be harmless but big ones and it cause blood flow to become dfficult,Which can cause death,if you get a huge one in your veins then quickly go to the hospital,It is very rare to happen but It can it mainly happens in medical prcedures or ingections the most dangerous place to get and air bubble in your veins is the neck or chest,That will kill you quickly,In about up to 3 minutes,So get medical help straight away,But...This is highly rare..So no need to worry too much,Just be careful...:D.I've ahd small ones,meduim ones can cause stroke..
