2 - Structure your writing: Use headings, and keep the information brief. The employer won't spend a great deal of time on your's especially, and you've got to get the key points across immediately and clearly.
3 - Edit, Edit, Edit: Chances are the perfect read won't just come to you like that. Refining material and bumping it up that extra five percent could be the difference between an interview or "failure"
4 - Don't give up: I used the term "failure" with inverted brackets because quite frankly, if you've given it your best shot and haven't been selected, don't worry. They might not have been looking for you but there's probably a thousand more jobs out there that are. And remember, if you consistently display workplace qualities like determination, perseverance, leadership and roll taking in your future job, you'll be heading for promotion more times than you can count, and thats when no one couldn't care less if you didn't get accepted first time on your resume.
