If you don't have self raising flour plain flour is just as good.

well i dont think you can because, play dough is made out of water, oil, salt and flour. erasers are not made out of any of those so it comes to show that no you can not use play dough as an eraser.
Well, you make salt dough by 4 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt, 1 1/2 cup of hot water (tap) and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil! I hope that answered your question.
