∙ 11y agoThe Answer to that is NO: Sony creates their games in a certain format in which only PlayStation games can be played on aPlayStation. If they didn't do this people wouldn't buy theirPlayStationand they would lose money instead of gaining it.

∙ 12y agoYes with an emulator like the PCSX2 some game titles can be played on a PC using the PS2 bios file. Emulator programs will never work as trouble free as a PS2 to play the game and different game titles may have more trouble or not even load under the worst case.

∙ 13y agowell kind of now you can play back ups of games dont know if game can be downloaded i think you may need physical copy at first but after you save to ps3 you wont using psjailbreak and if you are on 3.50 firmware then you will also need a psdowngrade the only thing that sucks is you cannot play online

∙ 13y agoIt's not playing the game it is proving you can. much easier on a PS2. Games need to be set up to play individually and of course you need an emulator and considerable computer skill and you might actually reach the goal of finishing the game and not the purpose of having fun playing it
