The set of real numbers is simply denoted as
{-∞,…,-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5,…,∞}
in basic set notation, and is any number beetween -∞ and ∞ (ie. any number with ℑ [imaginary part] 0).
