Some indications, such as allergic Asthma allow dose ranges from 10-20mg once per day has been used for up to 8 weeks. I've also heard of an elderly patients getting 10mg two times per day.. but that was an accident and not intentional at all! Dosing depends on kidney and liver function.....

i hope you can lol i do.....10 mg helps me none so i take 30mg im 144lbs and 5'4" it helps alot

You won't get any benefit from the higher dose, and you have an increased risk of side effects, in particular drowsiness.
