According to my reference book, it is fine to take Chantix with Nyquil. But if/when you do stop smoking, other meds may have to be adjusted (such as insulin, warfarin, theophylline) since nicotine affects how they are broken down by the body.

∙ 12y agoI have been looking for an answer to this same question. If anyone has an answer PLEASE delete my response and provide an answer. I've had a horrible headache for about 3 days straight(since the first day I started taking Chantix). I haven't taken any Tylenol b/c I've been to scared to mix anything with these pills.
