Yes. I take both daily, usually two 240 mg Pseudoephedrine, and two 50 mg hydroxizine three times daily. Never had any sort of bad reaction. However you could consult your local Pharmacist, it couldn't hurt!

Yes. Zytrec and Sudafed are actually available in a combination product called Zyrtec-D.
