I wouldn't. If it was good to clean a pool with, it would be called "Dish and Pool Soap". Pools should be cleaned with materials specifically designed to clean pools - they have ingredients to keep algae and other organisms to a minimum, and they disinfect the water and such.

Many brands of detergents clean dishes very well. There are different fragrances to choose from but the most expensive does not clean the best. You can even use plain old clear vinegar and it will clean your dishes and disinfect them.

The way to clean chaise lounges depends on what they are made out. If you are referring to outdoor chaise lounges, you use water and dish soap. It will get it very clean.
I would just use any regaular kitchen dish soap it clean just as good and saves money
Fresh oil stains from cars can be easily cleaned using dish soap. However if the stains are too difficult to remove using dish soap, you can use water, liquid dish soap, nylon scrub brush and an old towel.
I use dish soap and a little vinegar in a bucket filled with water, works good.
