Yes, but the data charge may be an add on if you aren't paying it already. Also Text.
Yes,but it costs $600 for the upgrade fee..my sugestion is that you just cancel your current iphone contract for $150,and get a iphone 4 for $200 plus the activation fee,and you will have a iphone 4 for $350 instead of $600!
you can tbuy an iphone without at&t.....
Yes, use your friends'.
No.You can use an iPhone without a plan. Know that in order to not use a plan on your iPhone, you must purchase an unlocked iPhone which is normally priced $450 USD more than its contract counterpart in Apple Stores, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc. Of couse if you are already in a 2 year contract and your 2 years are up (or you pay a heavy fee to ditch your contract), your iPhone will not have a plan but will still be able to function like an iPod Touch. The last was to get an iPhone with no plan is to buy a used iPhone 5 from someone who's contract expired (which won't really be possible until fall 2014).
Yes, it is for At&t, this is the only way to use a different service with the iphone, use Blackra1n to jailbreak your iphone, then use bootneuter in cydia to unlock iphone to any service. PS: downgrade firmware to 3.1.2. before running Blackra1n.
Not likely to be any time soon unless the FCC forces them to break the current contract.
An IPhone 4s without a contract is $600.00 or $650.00
An iPhone without a contract is a fancy coaster or paperweight worth nothing.
I know the the 3g 8GB iPhone is $499.00 to purchase it with out a contract
Unfortunately you would not be able to use an iPhone for nTelos. They do however carry a Samsung Showcase phone that looks and functions very similar to the iPhone.
You can but it will not be cheap as you have to purchase it contract free. The price with no contract is: Device No-Commitment 16GB iPhone 3Gs $499.00 32GB iPhone 3Gs $549.00 16GB iPhone 4 $599.00 32GB iPhone 4 $699.00
You will most likely have to get a used iPhone from eBay or somewhere, and then get it jailbroken (unlocked) so that you can use any SIM card.
