My stepdaughter is narcissistic. She is the most self-centered person I have ever met. She has no feelings for anyone else. Only takes pictures of herself all the time and post only the very good ones she is in. She lies constantly
Severe case of Borderline Personality Disorder
In the case of HPD, they don't know yet. In the case of APD, they're finding brain based and biological evidence of factors such as brain malfunction.

As you are a borderline case , it is possible to ignore the halluchnations for one night only.
borderline personality disorder Not by a longshot.....Borderline personality disorder is a personality disorder that involves the thought processes of the individual who has it. There is no chemical component and, although meds can control some symptoms, they cannot manage all as is the case with bipolar disorder. Borderline personality disorder is difficult to cope with because it can mimic any and all psychiatric disorders, including bipolar disorder...but also schizophrenia, sociopathic, psychopathic, depressed, etc. Typically, there are lies and manipulation involved. There is more self-mutilation (basically, self-mutilators are diagnosed with this) and other self- destructive behaviors. YES, they can have mood swings, but much faster and more often that ohse with bipolar disorder. I don't know who answered this, but they are WRONG. Want examples? Go look up famous people with each disorder. You'll see....good luck!
Manson is a very complex case. I believe he has been diagnosed as APD (anti-social personality disorder) and psychotic to name a few.
skepticism is one of the traits that almost everyone has it but with different levels. Both maximum and extreme are unhealthy. Your point reviews the extreme case which can sometimes be viewed as a personality disorder and sometimes may develop paranoia in that personality.

It depends on the person. Violent behavior is not necessarily a factor in every case of NPD. Some have anger management problems that could result in violent behavior.
This can be a symptom of several mental disorders, but itself is not a mental disorder. This delusion is one type of of "paranoid" symptoms (i.e. that you are the cause of everything - in this case everything bad) and is common in depressive psychosis (clinical depression with psychotic features). But such delusions also occur in other mental disorders having psychotic features (e.g. paranoid schizophrenia).I have Bipolar Disorder and although I have never had depressive psychosis in any of my episodes, I have had a related paranoid delusion that it was my responsibility (and I somehow had special abilities needed) to fix everything bad when I was in a manic psychosis. I did not think I caused them, just that I had to fix all of them.
