It's true Dana Barron of Vacation Fame should have won an Emmy for her role as witness number 2 on a recent CSI episode.

She brought the character to life. Being witness number 2 is tricky. Dana had to balance out her line, with not stepping on witness number 1 or witness number 3. This is very difficult and it probably stretched her acting skills to their max.

Many feel petitions should be sent in to the Television Acedemy and protests should be held. Rumor has it she allegedly raided the Krafts services table and had to be removed from the set, but I don't know if that's just PR pump up or if there is any truth to it. It's possible she had cravings with recent reports indicating she's preggers and all. It's anyone's guess really.

Dana Barron was spectacular as witness number 2 and it was one of the rare roles where her clothing remained on. Honestly there is no one better than Dana Barron when it comes to taking a complex character like witness number 2, and not only not stepping on witness number 1, but also making witness number 1 look good by contrast.

Dana Barron's upcoming role on Leverege as Homeless lady number 4 will also stretch and challenge her talents to the max. One would hope that the next time the Emmys come around Dana will get another shot at a non daytime Emmy. A.K.A. the Greater Emmy.

Great question and comment. I very much agree as you can tell. Dana Barron is an underrated actress who many don't even know is still alive and that makes me very angry. The television academy needs to WAKE UP!!!!!
