Yes they did make W S Paragon 16 gauge with a 28 inch barrel , and in a full choke also.I know because I have one that is in very good shape and shoots realy good. In answering this question first I would like to say, I have got a W. S. Paragon 16 gauge full choke with a 28 inch barrel and I love it.The W S Paragon shotgun was manufactured by the { Baker Gun & Forging Co.founded in 1890. It was sold in 1919 to H&D Folsom Arm's Co of Norwich Conn.The Folsom Co.then made these for Baker Arm's Co. until around 1923.The later model Baker's were made by Crestcent Arm's and have a {F} suffix serial number.They manufactured over {2} dozen model's with one model being the {Paragon Grade}.If indeed this ID is correct on you'r gun,and in {Good Condition}, the gun would have a value of around {$1200.00}.This is what I found out from Mr.Sid Lark. He is well informed on the age and value of older gun's.
