In newsreel footage from the war, Hitler did exhibit classic symptoms of Parkinson's, notably involuntary trembling of the hands and a stiff, shuffling gait. These symptoms got progressively worse as time went on.

It is also known that Hitler's personal physician treated him with drugs that are typically given to Parkinson's patients. However, it must be noted that this doctor also tended to over-rely on drugs to treat Hitler, and was even derisively nicknamed the "Minister of Injections" by Herman Goering.

Hitler killed himself before he go to the age to have Alzheimer's Disease.
