Yes. The primary ancient Egyptian holy text was the Book of the Dead, which a deceased person would read in order to make his way through the various trials of the Underworld and successfully arrive at Anubis and the Scales where his heart would be weighed. Of course, the fact that only 3% of Egyptians were literate meant that most of them probably did not make it safely.

Unlike religions like Christianity who's holy text is The Bible the ancient Egyptians did not have a holy text book.
