If you want a hutch cleaner that won't be harmful to your guinea pig, you are best off visiting a pet store. They have specific cleaners that you can use that will not affect your guinea pig. It wont be too hard to choose because there are only a few different types and they all do the same thing... the only difference is the price tag.
Well only females with females because the males might fight in the hutch but you can do females with males but it really depends

if a rabbit smells, it may have a dirty cage or hutch. All you need is some woodchip and straw or hay and a little bit of disinfectant to clean it. Or if you try cleaning the hutch and the rabbit still smells, take it to the vet. He/she will sort it out.
It is Very easy to cleanthe hutch out, it's simple you just take ALL the old bedding out then replace with new bedding and once a month using a small pet disinfectant clean the hutch. Hope this Helps you just take out the dirty paper and bedding, give it a sweep out, then put new paper and bedding!!! easy... :) yes it should be pretty easy, mine was fair cuz i had a really big cage and it took a bit time to clean and srub out.

A hutch is best for a guinea pig so that they have more space. Also it is good to give them a run so they can get some exercise and live longer.
rabbits and guinea pigs.
plastic or wood.
It is best to go to a pet shop and get a rabbit/animal friendly disinfectant, but you could also use javex, or most other disinfectants but you have to wait until the hutch is COMPLETELY dry until you put the rabbit back in. You can also clean a rabbit hutch with white vinegar. You can sprinkle a bit of baking soda in the places where is still has an unpleasant odor.
