Yes, with a passport you can fly from the US to anywhere.
Yes, offcourse but you need a travel visa to enter such with a different passport. The entrance to London will depend on the type of passport you have for a particular country.
For US passport holders you do not need a visa to enter the UK for upt to 180 days. More than that, you need to have a visa. Your passport should also be valid atleast 3 months in it.
If he/she has duel citizenship yes.

NO.
Yes. U asked the officials ... You can enter brazil with an expired Brazilian passport
You must always use a valid American passport when entering and departing the US even if you are a dual citizen.
Your question does not make sense. You need to be a US citizen to have an American passport. If you have a green card and an expired Russian passport, contact a Russian embassy in the US and they should be able to issue you a travel letter or stamp your passport so you may travel back to Russia. But returning to the US is another problem.
You cannot travel anywhere on an expired passport.
Yes it should be on your passport.
No. You won't even be allowed on the departing plane without a valid Passport. A valid passport IS required to re-enter your country of origin. The country you went to should have not let you enter unless you had at least 7 or 8 months remaining before your passport expired. You might call up the US consulate and ask what procedures you must do to return to your country. Passport expiration dates are the responsibility of the passport holder.
No.
Yes, in some cases. Many US customs agents only ask for U.S. identification, if you're driving or walking across the border. Since a passport is only ever issued to a citizen, an expired passport would be rebuttable proof of citizenship, which is better than having a driver's license (which can be obtained by a resident alien, in some states).
Can you leave Canada back home to Jordan with an expired Jordanian Passport
Just renew the passport.
No. You need a valid passport to cross borders. Especially into a developed nation like France that is going to have the technology to scan your passport and realise that it has expired. An exeption however will occur if you are travelling from a bordering European nation within the Eurozone e.g. Belgium or Italy or Germany. In that case, your passport won't be checked. Though I am unsure as to the legality of doing that (entering on an expired passport) if you're not a European citizen.
