I had a 25% off coupon at Ruby Tuesday and ordered the Shellfish Trio which included an expensive crabcake along with lobster tail and shrimp. Waitress took my order and then returned saying the crabcake wasn't available. I believe the restaurant did not want to take 25% off this meal and believe this is the reason why restaurants stress that patron must present Coupon first to either say dish is not available or to skimp on the serving.
