absolutely, just because they're legal doesn't mean anything. They're still a narcotic, taken in the right doses they can be very helpful. If not taken correctly or for an extended period of time they can do a number to not only your brain mentally, making things cloudy, and making you very forgetful, but they also harm your liver; because in most vicodin pills you'll find acetaminophen (tylenol) other side effects include dizziness, hallucinations, trouble breathing, swelling of the face, hives, and blurred vision.
