No, only SNES ROMs work on SNES. You need a NES emulator to run NES ROMs.

NES2 U R saying is SNES, the SNES had better Graphics than the NES, the SNES had 3D games but it couldn't play NES games.

no unless you have an emulator which allows you to play gba, gbc, nes, even snes you can find them at various ROM down loading sites
You will have to download an emulator. Once you are able to download this emulator, which can be for SNES, NES, N64, Atari, and many others, you will have to download roms. Roms are the games for the emulator. So if you download battle toads, you will have to open it with the emulator you downloaded.
Both.
No.
Very small chance but it is just as illegal as downloading free music. Also it is as illegal as selling drugs. You can get into at least a 10 year jail statement. But you can download ROMS of games that they don't distribute anymore or have lost their license. All nes ROMS are legal and some snes are legal and few GBA and GB. But if YOUR making the back up of the game (basically a ROM) you can do that you just can't distribute it to other people if its something that's still around. That would be called pirating, So you can download all NES and almost ALL SNES. I would not go download outside of NES and SNES outside just to be safe.
