No you don't. You can just put your Emerald game in the dual slot and select Migrate from Emerald on the Pokemon Pearl screen when and after you load it up. You can migrate anytime without ever beating the E4 in Emerald~ hope that helped. :3 No. But you do need to beat the elite 4 on pearl/diamond. Actually... no. You just have to have the National dex completed. You don't necessarily have to beat the E4 in Diamond/Pearl~
You need the National Dex before you can migrate. Go to Pal Park, save the game, get the Pokemon you want to migrate in the PC, save again, play Platinum and at the menu it will say migrate from Emerald. Im the Pokemon expert. you are very lucky.
well like i said before you can only migrate a charmeleon from Pokemon emerald to Pokemon diamond.
no.
There may be something wrong with your Emerald game try resaving your game or cleaning the game pak.
The Pokemon League is in Ever Grande City, but before you can reach it you have to pass Victory Road.

No, you don't have to finish Leaf Green/ Fire red to migrate into diamond. I migrate all 3 starters before i even got a gym badge. All you need is 6 Pokemon in P.C. Hope I Helped. awnser: no but you have to get the national dex from the proffeser(hint: to get it you need to fill up you whole pokedex in d&p version).
six Pokemon every 24 hours you can migrate also you need to catch all the Pokemon in pal park all 6 before you migrate again Improvement: I do not belive this is correct as in one day i migrated around 18 Pokemon to soul silver from my Pokemon emerald
You can, you have to go to Fuschia city where the safari zone was in leaf green and fire red. After that save it and turn it off to get to the home screen then click migrate from emerald UPDATED BY HEARTLESS: Make sure you don't forget to capture the Pokemon in Pal Park! I've made that mistake before, when I had no clue what I was doing, and I thought my Pokemon were lost!
In Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire at the top of Sky tower after the Pokemon league emerald before the Pokemon league Diamond, Pearl and Platinum you have to migrate from the GBA Games (Sky Tower is near pfialog)
Lucario as well as other 4th generation Pokemon were not created in any generation Pokemon game before it meaning they don't exist in Pokemon emerald or anything before Pokemon emerald.
It depends on which Pokemon you migrate to Diamond or Pearl... If you want to migrate Pokemon from emerald to D. or P., go to "migrate from emerald"(on the main screen,BEFORE you start to play D./P.) and choose 6 Pokemon to give to D. or P., then when you're done, play Diamond/Pearl and go to Pal Park to catch the Pokemon you migrated, and WALA!! you got 6 new (or old) Pokemon from emerald you did or didn't have before.
