You could probably phone a hotline or something, but if it's a dangerous situation you should probably dial an emergency number like 999 or 911 in the UK a non emergency issue can be communicated by using the 111 phone call where a health professional will advise you. If they feel that the situation is urgent they will escalate the call level to emergency for you. 999 would be for for life of death issues
