Sarah and I is incorrect. You would not say "Meet with I" so you would not say "Meet with Sarah and I." It is grammatically correct to say "Meet with me." ... Soooo the correct answer is "Meet with Sarah and me."
Hint: to figure out when to use I/me take away the other personor pronoun (like we did above) and see if the sentence is still grammatically correct, if so, that is the one you use!
