I know its weird Blair choosing Chuck over Dan with everything Dair that has happened but I mean, come on, it's Gossip Girl, I actually REALLY like Dan but I think it's been Chuck along and I was a Chair shipper so I think we almost positively know who will she choose, unless they're just playing a mind game to us...
