Some sources say no, others say yes. The north shore of Iceland is on the Greenland Sea, which by many definitions is part of the North Atlantic, along with the Norwegian Sea which is immediately northeast of Iceland. However, the International Hydrographic Organization includes the Greenland Sea as part of the Arctic Ocean but excludes the Norwegian Sea (which does extend farther south).
