Hydrocodone would come up if you took vicodin because that's what it's made out of so I would guess percocet would come up as oxycodone because that is what percs are made of.

Can a drug test tell the difference between percocet and Oxycontin?

Yes, when I was hired in at my job a few years ago, the drug test results paper had Oxycodone (Percocet) and Oxycontin listed as 2 separate things. I also was drug tested when I was being put on Suboxone to quit doing painkillers, and they were listed as 2 separate things. Drug tests are able to distinguish between the two.
