Yes, it still exists. The only thing that happened to it was it got renamed. It used to be called a planet, now it's a dwarf planet. Nothing about Pluto itself changed, just our word for it.

No. Pluto is not a planet, at least not in the general sense of the word. The International Astronomical Union, the group who names objects in space, classified Pluto as a "dwarf planet" in 2006. Pluto orbits the sun in an elliptical orbit and actually travels inside the orbit of Neptune at times. Pluto is known to have 3 moons and when the "New Horizons" probe, which was launched by NASA in 2006, passes by Pluto in 2015 perhaps more will be known of this tiny distant world.

Pluto is still a part of our solar system, it has just been relegated to the less dignified category of "dwarf planet" instead of planet.

Yes. Nothing happened to Pluto itself. A new definition of a planet established by the International Astronomical Union simply does not include Pluto.

It is still in the same place, but Pluto is now considered a "dwarf planet".

So it is still somewhat a planet but a special case.

Yes. Pluto may no longer be considered a major planet but it is still part of the Solar System! The Solar System includes the Sun, planets, dwarf planets (including Pluto), moons, asteroids, comets, centaurs, trans-Neptunian objects and interplanetary dust particles amongst other things: basically the Sun and everything that orbits around it. Pluto orbits the Sun, so it's still part of the Solar System.
