Yes. In a recent documentary Dr. Hawking cited it (global climate change) as a major threat to the way humans live and conduct themselves on this planet. If this question is directed at whether or not global climate change is happening, it is. And it always has; it is a natural thing. The difference is that now human commerce has accelerated the rate of change far above the "natural" speed at which it increases or decreases. And that's the difference. Couple the increased speed of the change with the positive feedback that accompanies almost any climate change, and we're in for some trouble. Those who say global climate change is only being pushed by alarmist environmentalists or the like are blind to the reality that man has greatly increased the speed that this natural transformation takes, and will pay for it - along with all the other living things here that will be affected. Word.
