Yes, the GeForce 4 series was the first to feature pixel shading. After that there were vast improvements and now the GTX 200 series fully supports DirectX 10 and Pixel Shader 4.0.
For simplicity's sake, I am assuming you are describing a laptop video card. As far as I know there is no desktop video card with that model number.
