Does generic brand bio oil work?

it does! i tried it myself. you have to be patient though, you might see the results in 3 days like i did with smaller scars, but the rest will probably take longer. it is a great product though, I'm on my second bottle and it's now the only thing i use for my skincare. i apply it twice, in the morning and in the evening, and any time in between whenever possible. it smells nice, and it feels light, and it does help.

Bio Oil can help eczema, but it is meant more for scars and dry skin.

Bio Oil isn't that good for treating eczema, but it works really well on scars and stretch marks if you use it religiously. Try Hydrocortisone Cream. Its really good for eczema. You can Find it in the name "Cortate Cream". They Also have many other products such as Hydrocortison Ointment and Lotion.

Yes, I tested it myself. Please keep in mind that neither Bio-Oil or the Generic for it really "remove" scars, they just work to soften them enough where they eventually flatten out more than they use to be and blend in with your skins better but they never really completely make them disappear. Now with that said, I bought both the name brand and the CVS brand and used it on the same scar, half and half, and the result after about three months of continued use were exactly the same. I also used it as a moisturizer under my eyes and did the same, half and half, and again, the exact same results for both. The scar was softer and thus smoother and less noticeable. The skin under my eyes was also softer and seem a bit smoother as well.

Bio Oil is good at reducing the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Use it daily with a moisturizer and scars and stretch marks will gradually fade.

I've never tried it but I had watched 4 different videos on YouTube and the people said that it definitely works. I will try it though and let's see the results.
