One breast. The breast is separated by the sternum. The sternum is also called the keel or breast bone and runs down the center of the breast creating the illusion that there are two breasts. It is all one structure.

Are chickens evil?

No. Chickens are chickens....they don't scheme or plan on taking over the world. They don't even attack humans maliciously. If a supposedly 'mean' rooster attacks a human, it's because the human aggravated him somehow or got between him and his hens. So it's the human's fault, not knowing how to deal with chickens. Chickens are actually one of the nicest, gentlest kind of bird you can have.
