No. They can only dilute urine. Drinking a large amount of a diuretic (coffee, cranberry juice, etc.,) on the morning of the test can dilute the urine enough to get below the threshold which gives a positive result. See Erowid.com

Dialysis removes excess water from the blood. Water is a lighter particle than

THC. Therefore, very little, if any, THC would be removed from the bloodstream during dialysis.

Also, THC metabolites are stored in lipid (fat) cells. Dialysis would have no effect on the levels of stored THC metabolites. (the stuff urine samples test for)

No. At best it dilutes your urine. Please be aware that those who test for illicit substances are fully aware of the "tricks," and have come up with ingenious ways to still test for the substances. One of the easiest is simply to test hair, any hair on your body. Most substances remain testable in hair samples for six months, and the only way to avoid detection is to remain clean for six months or more.

No it will not help. The cleansing drinks work but gives a low creantinine level, which is a red flag.
