absolutley not! i used in for two months taking a month of in between cycles...it actually made me feel more bloated..it did nothing for me and for the six other people i recommended it to...i did however find that supreme cleanse which was an herbal cleanser did wonders for me...is actually lost 14lbs with it,,it was a pain in the behid to take because it was not a pill..it was a dropper and a small 3oz mixture, but it was worth the work...i just happened to grab it one day at whole foods and knew nothing of it....as for dual action cleanse it did do one thing for me..IT CLEANSED MY WALLET OF 60 FRIKKIN DOLLARS.....they don't tell you that on the bs infomercial with the grimey looking spokesman....he should develop face cream to get rid of the look he got going on!!!
