Im only 12 and i have 2 piercings on each ear lobe and i have a cartilage piercing. When you get a piercing on your ear lobe they shoot the gun and all you will feel is a little pinch. It feels like a pinch with your nails. Once they shoot the gun you will only feel the pain for about 3 seconds. Then you wont be able to feel anything. But i you can ask them if they could do both sides of your cartilage at once so you will on feel they pain 1 time. Getting your cartilage done feels just like getting your ear lobe pierced its just that you have to leave the starters earrings in for 8-12 weeks and when you get your ear lobe pierced you have to leave it in for only 6 weeks. When they pierce your cartilage it hurts a little more than the ear lobe. When you get it pierced you have to dont sleep on it or it might get infected and and you have to put the special cream on it 3 times a day also so it wont get infected. If you dont put the cream on your newly pierced cartilage ofr ear lobe 3 tmes a day, Green pus will start coming out your ear, your ear will swell up and start throbbong, and it will get infected.
yes
Nope if you do it with a needle it is fast and only feel a slight pinch i did it when i was 10 turning 11 in 2 weeks now im 13 and i still have it , you might feel it sting for like 1 week but it'll stop eventually.
it does hurt if you get your cartilage pierced. It will continue to hurt for about two the four weeks after you get it pierced.
yes it hurt a bit after 2 or 3 hours
i have my cartilage pierced it didn't hurt just && the time i wasn't really eating or drinking anything so i fainted. i went to walmart to do mine
Depends on how sensitive you are, and where you're getting pierced. The lower part of the ear will hurt way less, the upper part is mainly cartilage so you may experience stinging. With "industrials" they pierce two parts of your ear, so double the sting if that's what you plan of getting.
You should never pierce your cartilage with guns. It will damage your body tissue and you will find a lump growing outside the piercing after a while. Guns are only safe for piercing the soft fleshy parts of your earlobes. Nowhere else. Safest is to go to a pro-piercing artist, he/she should use proper hollowed and sterilised or brand new needles to pierce. It doesn't hurt at all if the piercing is done professionally.
no it doesn't
You'll have to ask your piercer to check it out for you.
A septum piercing is a type of nose piercing. The cartilage is not pierced but the gap between the bottom of the nose and cartilage is. Many have said that it does not hurt very much, but everyone's tolerance is different.
Like most people will tell you, it all depends on your threshold for pain. For some people those piercings barely hurt. But more than likely, it'll hurt more to get your cartilage. You can feel how soft and squishy your lobe is, and as you move up along the ear the cartilage becomes firm/tougher. Whereas your lip, is extremely soft all over. Personally, when I had my cartilage pierced it hurt far worse than my labret.
Most women pierce the lobe of the ear, although others, pierce the cartilage.
First of all let me say that all piercings hurt no matter what they are being done with. Cartilage piercings will hurt even worse because it is so hard. It would take a while to get a knife through it. Also, a knife will not create a clean hole that is symmetrical. And don't forget that you risk getting an infection. I suggest going to a professional. You can get it done at most Walmarts or Claires for pretty cheap. Good Luck!
No it doesn't hurt and I know this because a friend of mine had both pierced but it would hurt like the nose pierce
