no, lead is resistant to hyrochloric acids as well as sulfuric acid.
Lead appears not to react with dilute hydrochloric acid and dilute sulphuric acid. This is because a layer of lead (II) chloride or lead (II) sulphate is formed from the initial reaction between the lead and the dilute acid. This layer is insoluble in water and quickly forms a coating around the metal. The coating protects metal from further attack by acids.

As per me answer is:-
Reactions of Lead (Pb) with cold, dilute acids are very slow. Some examples are as follows:-
1) Reaction with dil. HCl and gives PbCL2 and H2 gas.
Pb + 2HCl ---> PbCl2 + H2
Solid Aqs. Aqs. Gas
2) Reaction with dil. H2SO4 and gives PbSO4 and H2 gas.
Pb + H2SO4 ----> PbSO4 + H2
3) Reaction with dil. HNO3 and gives Pb(NO3)2 and H2 gas.
Pb + 2HNO3 ------> Pb(NO3)2 + H2

A slow single replacement reaction will occur because lead is more active than hydrogen and thus the reaction can be defined by:
Pb(s) + HCl(aq) → H2(g) + PbCl2(aq)
Lead would react with Hydrochloric acid to produce Lead chloride and Hydrogen gas. A balanced equation for the reaction would be... Pb(s) + HCl(aq) → H2(g) + PbCl2(aq)
No, but it will react slowly to produce lead chloride, which is water soluble.
Lead can react with HCl (gas) forming lead (II) chloride.
Lead is slowly dissolved in diluted hydrochloric acid and lead chloride is formed.
PbO(s) + 2HCl(aq) = H2O(l) + PbCl2(aq)
Pb + Cl2 = PbCl2
