Was not able to find any info on the amount of purines in malunggay, However being a plan and from the sounds of the preparation. the purines involved would be on the lower end of the scale. (Purines are what the body turns into uric acid in the blood), However there seem to be a lot of sites and private comments that recommend the use of this stuff in treating a large number of health problems including gout. As with most of these remedy's however it always seems to be impossible to get any definitive test results.
