The rory and jess storyWhen Jess arrives in Stars Hollow in season 2, yes they do . However, Rory is going out with Dean and tries to deny her feelings for Jess. Near the middle of season 3, Dean finally dumps Rory and Rory and Jess's relationship blossoms. However, he leaves at the end of season 3, and closure occurs after Rory's graduation . I personally think they're the best couple though - they were in lust for over a year, after all!! Rory + Jess forever..

well jess said to rory i love you and then drove off for 3 months and then his mums wedding comes up and hes staying round luke's and he told luke about it so jess likes rory. but dean likes rory aswell. and i think rory falling for dean again but i think she likes jess because he said he loves her she wants to no whats going on and they are a cute couple but jess is better.
