Yes, they take turns keeping the eggs warm for approx. 5 weeks but eggs can also be deposited days apart.

They do not gestate so there is no 'gestation period' Japanese fighting fish (Betta splendens) are bubble nest builders and lay eggs which are tended by the male in the nest until they (hatch).
Example sentence - We watched the osprey build its nest on the top of the light pole.
No defenitely female birds will built the nest
it is the male and female that make the nest. if there is only a male then it may be harder to build a bigger nest.
I've done a little research on this, just returning from Florida during their season, and I have found that the period is somewhere around 53-55 days. Interesting to note that the temperature while in the nest will determine the sex of the turtle.
There is no gestation period for Betta splendens. They are egg layers. The male looks after the fertilised eggs in a nest of bubbles that he makes. Once they become free swimming fry they have to be separated from him before he eats them.24 to 72 hours :)
Moles are solitary except during the breeding season in early spring. After a gestation period of approximately 40 days, two to five (usually four) naked, blind young are born in March or April. The nest is placed in well drained soils and constructed of grasses, leaves, and other plant fibers. It is frequently situated under objects that give overhead protection such as stumps or rocks. In 22 days the eyes open and in one month the young leave the nest, but remain with the mother for a short period. They are sexually mature at ten months.
Probably takes between 6 and 7 weeks to leave the nest and start to fly.
Mine left the nest in two weeks after hatching but I didn't see them go! Kev Gould.
