I seriously doubt it. The third floor of the White House is a private residence for the First Family, and the Secret Service are only allowed up there if specifically called.
Of course, they might have cameras installed everywhere to keep an eye on things, but I don't think so. What would be the point? Either way, we have no way of knowing.
